I found a plans for a house (possibly more than one since it says cottages) to be located on the northwest corner of Carpenter Ave and Choctaw Avenue, Hollis Borough of Queens. The house is a tall two story with a point round turret on the roof at one end. I would say Queen Anne in style elaborate.

Do these street exist and where? Does the house still exist? The plans look like turn of the century. And does anyone know Miss Minnie Kelly, Miss Martha Kelly and Mrs A Solan?
