Hi Isabel
I have placed Lucy (with no documentation) as tentative child of John Soles and Lucy Bristow...still working on it.
Fleet, John H/W? age 22 male white farmer Maryland [born ca 1848]
Lucy A. age 35 female white {born ca 1835]
Bristow, Peter W. age 12 male works on farm
Columbus, age 10 male white works on farm
Sarah E. age 8 female white born ca 1862
[my note: it would appear these Bristow children are the same as those seen in the Peter W. Bristow HH in 1860, likely Lucy the spouse of Peter W. Bristow is now the same Lucy in this HH. As no relationships are given, we may "assume" Lucy might be kin to John or married to him! Lucy, daughter of Peter W. Bristow who would be about 17 is missing; is she married? In addition, there is Sarah who was born after the 1860 census. The ages are not exact, but
close enough to "assume" same people! If Lucy is wife of John Fleet a marriage would be >1862.
Some trees on the www show Lucy with surname as Fleet... perhaps, but I believe they are incorrect. John Fleet or Freet as it is spelled often was her 2nd husband!
