I don't think this is my great-grandmother.
Her death certificate says born 1866 in what looks like Daubin, Ala. I have been told by Lynne Hudgens Hall that it is probably Dublin which is very near Ramer. My great-grandfather William Clopton Hudgens was born in Ramer, Montgomery County, Ala. Born 1860 and died in 1918 in Arizona. Mamaw died in Earle, August 17, 1962. My grandfather had a cousin named Leo Soles in West Memphis and he always said that Leo was his double 1st cousin so I thought perhaps Mamaw had a sister who was also married to a Hudgens, brother of my great grandfather.
I appreciate your reply to my message. This has really been a hard one. I can find nothing on William Clopton Hudgens or Ella Soles.
