The family you are looking for was living in Topeka, KS in 1920 and 1930. By then the family also consisted of Mabel, Charles and Thomas W. For the 1920 census it is hard to read Irving's named with seems to be spelled Erv_____ (yes it's that hard to read). Irving was born in PA, Gertrude in Nebraska and the children in Kansas.
According to the 1930 census Irving was 22 and Gertrude were 25 when they first married (ca 1913).
The WWI draft card for Irvin Thomas Snyder of N. Topeka shows he was born July 26, 1890 in Albany, PA.
The 1900 census shows an Irvin T. Snyder, born Jul 1890 as the son Thomas, born Feb 1866, and Mary, born Oct 1866, of East Brunswick Twp., Schuylkill County, PA. There is an Albany, Berks County, PA just over the mountain from East Brunswick Twp.
Some of these records you can look at for free at labs.familysearch.org and Ancestry.com. For those you cannot see for free I suggest checking with your local libraries to see if they have Ancestry or Heritage Quest.
