I am searching for descendents of the Thomas and Nancy Snyder line who lived in Butler Twp, Luzerne Co, Pa. in 1870. Thomas was the son of Nicholas and Elizabeth Snyder who lived in Butler Twp. and later in Catawissa.
Thomas was born around 1823. Thomas and Nancy had children Wm. A., Mary E.,Jacob F., Thomas E., Daniel, Geroge K., Rebecca, Albert, and Hubard Snyder according to the census of 1870 for Butler Twp, Drums, Luzerne Co., Pa. I am descended from a sister of Thomas, Mary Snyder Shelhamer.
