I am very interested in your line, though I can prove no connections at this time.Have a clue, that maybe will help you figure this out...and you can then help me. HaI am related to the Snows and the Dentons.
Isaac Denton b. 1768 was a noted Baptist preacher who is associated with several churches of the Holston Association in and around Clinton Co, KY which is on the TN border. The church eventually was called the Clear Fork. I believe this REV.Isaac Denton MAY BE the same one who is found in Dekalb Co, TN area with the REV. Terry Snow.I know nothing of this Terry Snow..but hope you do.
The Snows in DeKalb County, Tn I have not researched well...and I am not sure they are my line. They are associated with "Snow Hill" a refuge for John Hunt Morgan.
Some of the Denton clan went to Lamar Co, TX and are associated with the Noland, Maxey, and Bell clans.
Would love to exchange info.
