b. 4 May 1769 Rockingham Co., VA
d. 11 April 1838 in Strickler Springs, Rockbridge Co., VA (where he is also buried)
m. 11 April 1793 in Strausburg, Shenandoah Co., VA to Barbara Ann Strickler (b. 11 July 1774 in Page Co., VA)

Johannes' father and mother were

Heinrich Schneider, b. 24 March 1733 in German
Margaretha Driver
