Hi Robert,
Sorry but I am not sure which ones you are asking about when you say:
""Would you have any information about my GGrandma's Mothers family in the Miller/Camden Co., MO area. Who was my GGGrandma and hers parents, brothers and sisters.""
What are the names???I have collected much info on this Snelling line over the years; I will try to answer your questions. As I mentioned before, years ago I gave my research info to Robert R. Reddick and he added it on his Family Tree site. There were some errors that occurred with the imputing but Bless him, I know it was alot of work and I was pleased that he made my research available for others to see.
Although the info has been cited many times over...I was the first one to post the info about Hugh Snelling's first wife, Winneford Perry (daughter of Redman Perry). If you check out Bob's site, you will be able to see it. She is the mother of Hugh Snelling's children born in Illinois.....Sarah B. Primm is the mother of the children born in Missouri.
Check out Bob's site and if you still have more questions, just let me know.I will check my research material.

On the Native American question......I have not found where Hugh Snelling or Winneford Perry or Sarah B. Primm had any Native American lineage. But that doesnt mean they didnt.Early Missouri records are so hard to find and new material is always coming to light.
According to census records....Hugh Snelling was born in Kentucky....Winniford Perry was dead by the 1850 census so we dont know where she was born....Sarah B. Prim/Primm states born in TEN.
I know about the Lake of Ozarks project that displaced this large Snelling family group. It must have been very sad for them after all the years they had homesteaded there.Infact the relocation of this area is one of the big problems.Graves Hill Cemetery is where many of the early Snelling family members were buried and the graves were relocated (to several different cemeteries) with many of the graves either unmarked or they just were not indexed correctly and the names lost. Since Hugh Snelling shows up in Miller county sources as early as 1838....I bet Winniford/Winney Perry Snelling was probably buried there also. Hugh did not marry Sarah B. Primm until 10yrs later in 1848.
Truly an amazing family history. It would be wonderful if we could talk to them now.
Take care,
Marsha
