Margie,
I'm working on the same set of Sneeds myself. Do you happen to know who Jackson's children were? I've got an Anderson Sneed that was in Jackson Co. that I need to make a connection to.
Based on some numbers from the 1840 census of that county, Anderson could be the son of Jackson or William Sneed but I can't prove it yet. Any help would be appreciated.
