Thomas P Sneed appears on the 1820 census of Franklin County,TN.He is the father of John M. Sneed,Thomas P. Sneed,and Nancy P. Sneed.I have found that he married Susannah Murray in 1815 in Fluvanna Co,VA.There is also a John W. Sneed who married Judith A. Murray in Fluvanna in 1813.Susannah and Judith are sisters,I suspect that Thomas P and John W Sneed are brothers but I have no proof of their relationship.John W Sneed is in Madison Co,AL in the 1830,1840,and 1850 census records.Madison Co,AL adjoins Franklin Co,TN.I believe that Thomas P and John W Sneed are grandsons of the Archibald Sneed who left a will in 1781 in Fluvanna Co,VA,however I can find no proof at this time.John W Sneed named a son Archibald.Any help would be appreciated.
