My daughter and I are researching the Sneed line. We have Archibald Henderson Sneed born 11 Oct 1829 and died 17 Mar 1889 in Forsyth, Monroe County, Georgia. His father was Archibald Henderson Sneed born 13 Apr 1786 in Granville, NC and died 19 Sept 1829 in Washington, Wilkes, Georgia. He had a son James Roddy Sneed born 3 Dec 1818 in Richmond, GA and died 17 Mar 1891 buried in Savannah, GA. He had two wives, first wife Anna Maria Hay (b.1822-1850)and 2nd wife Leonora Cohen (1842-1919). James Roddy Sneed and Anna Hay had a son named William Morgan Sneed b.10 Jan 1845 Washington, Georgia d. 10 Oct 1884 buried in Savannah, GA.
