Sorry I haven't replied. I had set messages to notify me when someone replied but it didn't.

Owen T. (Thomas) is definately a Sneed - my great, great grandfather.

I believe they married in Arkansas while James was living next door to some Benbrook's (Sneed cousins & James mother's maiden name)

I think they are in Arkansas in 1870 census; & Missouri in 1880 & subsequent census.

Have a meeting but will get back with you today or tomorrow. Will find my "stuff" & email you direct.

I also recall speaking with another Simons descendant.
