In the Virginia Argus newspaper dated 31 Aug 1812, is a public notice of a lawsuit involving the heirs of John Snead, decd. One of the heirs mentioned is Keziah Harris, wife of William Harris. She recieved a widows pension for her husbands Rev War Service.
Because this suit calls the daughters "late" some have assumed that they were dead at this time. It is merely calling their married names i.e. Keziah Snead, late Harris. Is this the Keziah you want?
