Robert....My Ben F. Snead seems to have surfaced in Clayton (Barbour County) Alabama in 1860 census, as son of Daniel B. Snead & Elizabeth, age 41...Daniel's age is given as 52, which means a dob of 1807-8...says they came from Georgia...listed as place of borth for all children...Is there a son named Daniel B. in Philip's children....with dob around 1807 or 1808...thanks, Hazel...
