I tried email to richard snead, but the last posting was 10 yrs ago, and address not good now.
My husband's GGGfth Marvell Berry of Amherst VA married (2nd wife) Anna Snead, dtr. of Hugh and Ann Eliza. His 1st wife died in childbirth with 13th or 14th child, Anna was much younger than him, lived nearby, may have helped him with his young children. Dr. M. Berry and Anna then had 7 more children before his death. She continued living in Amherst with some of her children.
If anyone would like to share the info I have on Anna's children, I'd be glad to send. Julie
