Cook of 325 William Smitherman Jr. born ca. 1787 North Carolina was the son of William Smitherman Sr. William Jr. has 2 estates listed in Bibb Co., AL. that I have found, one is listed under William Smitherman and the other is under James Smitherman, both have same widow and children. William Jr's wife was named Anna ________ and after his death she married Rev. Julius Webb.
