SMITH, McCREARY, TOLLAND/TOLAN, RICHMOND

My maternal 7th. great grandfather is Thomas SMITH who married Elizabeth and lived in Newberry TWP, York Co., PA. There is a deed dated 27 Sept 1783 which shows Thomas as deceased and Elizabeth had remarried to John McCREARY and at this time he was also deceased. It mentioned his children and their spouses as follows:
1. Elisabeth & James TOLLAND (my 6th. great grandfather)
2. Hannah & John RICHMOND
3. Thomas SMITH Jr.
