Ask if he was the Kelly/Kelley SLUSHER who was married to an Ada PHIPPS a who had at least one son, Delbert Lee SLUSHER, who was born 3 Feb 1927 in Scioto Co., OH, and died 19 May 1978 in Portsmouth, Scioto County, Ohio and buried in Big Run Cemetery, Scioto County, Ohio Delbert was married to Eva WHITE (b ? - deceased - buried?).
