The language is Magyar/Hungarian. It would seem to be a death record.

Haltak = died
A meghotnak = the deceased (person)
Egy = one
Elet kora = age of
neme = sex
fi (ferfi) = male
no (noi) = female

Which village? The earliest emigrants from most areas of the old Kingdom of Hungarian to America arrived in the early 1880s.
