As John's information shows, Szepes-veghely was the Magyar/Hungarian name made up for the village of Hranovnica (which in Slovak means something like "Bordertown," presumably referring to the western border of Spis County) during the time when everything had to be written in Magyar. The "Szepes" part is the Magyar version of Spis; "hely" means place in Magyar, and "veg" means end or edge.So the meaning are roughly the same.In any event, Szepesveghely refers to the same place as Hranovnica, which is pronounced "HRAH-no-neet-zah" and might be spelled Hranonitza by a German-speaker.I would suggest that your "Kronalitza" is simply a misreading of handwritten Hranonitza.
