According to the WWI draft card of Andrew Pehnec he was born Oct 5, 1891 in Dolnaveleka-Beloiz, Austria. The spelling is probably off and it's not easy to read. I found it on Ancestry.com.
The draft card indicates he had declared intention which I take it he declared his intention to become a citizen. His naturalization papers should have much of what you are looking for such as where he was born and when and where he arrived. He may have filed at the Prothonotary Office in either Fayette or Allegheny County or the western federal district court.
I could not find anyone in the census records except for Mary in 1930 after she married. Spelling is a factor.
I suggest getting Andre and Anna's death certificates from the PA Div. of Vital Records. Their obits should help too. Check with the Fayette County Genealogical Society. The church they were members of may have something in their records that is helpful as might the cemetery.
Their marriage record may be helpful too. In Pennsylvania marriages are record at the Register of Wills office where the license is obtained.
