The meaning of one name is easy because it is a common name among Germans.
S'VARC (shvarts) is the Slavic equivalent of SCHWARZ or SCHWARTZ which means "Black"
A lot of Slovaks are decended from Carpathian Germans who migrated into Hungary in the 1300-1400's. And many of them still bear a name that is in it's original German form.
i.e. Rudolf Schuster-past president of Slovakia
