I had missed the clue that the marriage took place in US and so the TWO VILLAGE rule does not apply. Once again, Zlatica puts us back on the path to greater knowledge.
Two phone listings in area code 057 put the Kasik clan in Nyzne Ladickovce and/or Vysne Ladickovce (Upper and Lower). These small villages are located just north of Humenne.

The Raca clan is from further west and it is unlikely that the families were acqainted in the old country due to the distance. Your only possible contact listed in the phone book is:
Jozef Raca

AFTER you do your research of church records and you have established some further support for this hypothesis, I would write to the respective families, providing information and pictures, and suggesting that you plan to visit in order to further your research.
I would undertake to hire a local genealogist to assist with local visits and one Mick Sura lives in Kosice and would be very capable.
1910 HUNGARIAN MAP FOR LADICKOVCE
The old Hungarian map can be found at: http://lazarus.elte.hu/hun/maps/1910/zemplen.jpghttp://lazarus.elte.hu/hun/maps/1910/zemplen.jpg
In the green area, north of Homanna = Hummenne, North OF 49.02 and 21.48 (my reckoning) you will see A(lso) and F(elso) Ladiskocz = Nyzne Ladickovce and Vysne Ladickovce.
SAVE the map on YOUR computer. OPEN the map in any graphics program. CUT and PRINT the relevant section of the map. Otherwise, you just get a corner. This map uses the Hungarian village names that you will likely find in church records.
However, the only local area church records at LDS are for Lubisa. That would be a long walk in a mountainous area but there is a trail. As well, I was unable to locate the 1869 Hungarian Census for these villages.
Unless I have missed something, it may be necessary to have a genealogist (eg Mick Sura) to check the Slovak Archives. Just like a taxi, the meter would be running.
