There are two Trnavas. The old and the new. Old Trnava is a walled medieval city from the 1400's that's only about three-eigths of a mile on each side. I didn't count all the churches but it seems like there were about twelve within the walls. You couldn't walk 100 steps without passing a church.
The new Trnava is a modern city on the other side of the autostrada. The population is approaching 100,000 so there are probably dozens of churches there also.
As of today the rumor is that the Mormon Family History Library has microfilmed all the records in Western Slovakia
(where Trnava is) but none of it has shown up in their on-line catalog.
If you don't mind waiting here's the web site;

Check it out once a month until it shows up. But don't hold your breath.
