Hi Sandi,
Hungarian Village Finder, Atlas, and Gazetteer for the Kingdom of Hungary (HVF) on CD-ROM:

does not have any place called Savurow, but there is a Sacurov.In the old Kingdom of Hungary, it was Szacsúr in Varannó Járás, Zemplén Megye.You can see it on this map from Eötvös University, Department of Cartography:

Acording to the HVF, Szacsúr had both Greek and Roman Catholic churches so you should be able to get those records through your local LDS Family History Library.You can see what records are availabe by using this link to their online catalog:
