I have been doing some research on the Luckenbach end of the Slough family (Libbie and Horace). My father's name was Horace Frank Groman - his father's name was Horace Muriel Groman. According to the records of the funeral home that was used for services for my grandfather: Horace M. Groman was the ADOPTED child of Libbie and Horace Luckenbach. I have hit a roadblock and am trying to verify this information further and don't what part the "Groman" name plays. Any help?
