Dennis, I am so thrilled to hear from you. I am your cousin, Becky, your Aunt Madeleine's daughter. I remembered some time back that you were doing research, but that was not long after my house had burned and I lost all of my genealogy work, which wasn't a lot by today's standards, but I didn't have a computer then, either. I am waiting on material from the Southern Claim's Commission on Rankin Sloan. They said it was 61 pages long and had a lot of vital information in it. I sent off for it in Feb. and the check cleared my bank Mar. 3rd and by Apr. 3rd, I still hadn't heard and I contacted them and they hadn't started it yet. I am getting a little ancy. I have had a hard time finding info on Rankin, but I have a ton of info on the other family branches. My email is: rmull@nerdshack.com. Please email me so I can have your home email and I will send you what I have. I have a few pics, too. Aunt Elva Lee's daughter, Melba and her son, Bobby, have been working with me to get everything together so we can update the info on Ancestry.com.
