Hello Jennifer,
My great grandmother also came from County Tipperary ( to Australia in 1853 ). She was the daughter of William McLaughney/McLaughlin and Catherine Slevin and was born about 1829 In Co. Tipperary. ? Had a brother Edward.
Any connection with your family? What part of Tipperary were they from?
