I may be a bit dense, since I do not understand the concept of posting personal messages on a public board. That's what regular old e-mail is for. The posting of cryptic fragments on this site is annoying to me.

Anyway, I am glad you found the information and hope you have confirmed it. The line you have back to John Sladding is NOT confirmed. In fact, I suspect that your probable ancestor Joseph (who married Mildred) is a grandson and not a son of Arthur Slayden, but I may be "outstanding in my field" on that theory.
