I was trying to reach a poster using the name Savannah S Squire the email listed returned. This lister had a message refering to a Dodson relative of mine that married a Slayton. Perhaps SSS is using another name and email or maybe someone else can help with the information
Jethro Dodson was my 3rd great grandfather. Information on him is sketchy. I was wondering if you had a death date for Lucy his first wife. We are assuming it was in Mo 1839 to 1845 or possibly Ky 1838 just before the move to Mo. There are 3 Jethro's to track. Ours born in 1795 Pittsylvnia County Va, his son and a nephew. There are several wives. At least 5 were married in Mo between 1845 and 1870. Hopefully they were spread around among the Jethro's. Also if you have looked on the LDS site they have a Jethro born in 1773 or so and a 1777 which is an erroneous date for any of the Jethros. There are no others than ours born in 1795 listed anywhere else in the Dodson research books.
