Seeking information on this family. This Henry was b 1798 in Kentucky (probably Montgomery County)and died about 1854 in Parke County, Indiana. He m Jane M. Smock Dec. 8, 1840. Jane was b about 1810. Had only two known children, Martha b abt 1844 and Sarah b abt 1846. Lived in Parke County according to 1850 census. He was an attorney and also known as Col. Henry. In 1860, wife and both children living with 71 yr old widow, Ann Smock (probably her mother)

Would appreciate any information especially regarding daughter Martha.
