Hello, First of all, I'm not related to the Slaven line. But, in the 1860 Covington Co.,Ms. census, there is a John Slaven,b.abt 1839 in Miss., listed in the HH of Anderson Rutland.Anderson and his wife have a house full of people (non-related) living there and we are trying to figure out why. Is there anyone who might could tell us anything about this John Slaven? Thanks for any help, Dawn Dykes Petz
