Hi Ralph,
I have since learned that the Slattery's were from Tralee, Kerry. I learned it in the 1851 Canadian census. Patrick Slattery's daughter Catherine was married first to Michael McCarthy and second to James Fee, or Feigh. In census she is married to James Fee and states that she was born in Tralee, Kerry.

Upon further research, there are quite a few Slattery's there, a few Pollards. Interestingly, there are a lot FitzMaurice families in County Kerry, Ireland too. This is another window of connection between Patrick Slattery and Stephen Slattery and his wife Hannorah FitzMaurice.

There are a few people on my email to do list, and when I learn more information, I will definitely post it here.

Thank you very much for your assistance.
Regards, Liz
