...Lewis W. Slatter is my gg-grandfather through his marriage to Margaret Loper. I am descended through George Harvey Slatter to my grandfather James Thomas Slatter. My grandmother was Loucile Stricklen and my mother, Daphine, is the 4th child of that union. I have many Slatter cousins in the East Texas area and one is named Louis Kim after a great uncle Louis Kimedee. If anyone knows who the parents of Lewis W., John and Richard are I would like to know.
