Yes I am. My father is Charles (Bud) Helens's son. I'm sure we have met. My father was given a copy of your mothers writings around the time my mother passed away. I read a few stories and knew I had to have a copy. I made copies for my sisters and brother. I absolutley love it! To me it is like a very expensive heirloom. In 2001 I started a diary for my children and have feeled up one book and started on another. Now, I can't seem to find time to write and I'm not even working but I do have four grand children that keep me busy. I talked to Uncle Willie yeaterday about the story of Jippie but I didn't learn any thing new and my dad doesn't remember all of it either. My sister and I talked to Aunt Peggy a couple years ago about some of the stories Caroline wrote and she couldn't remember much at all. I didn't realize how much younger she was than the others. I guess I could tell you which Hammontree I am. I am the middle child, Cheryl. I still live in East Ridge not far from Dad. Cindy lives with Dad and Cara lives on Signal Mtn. Buddy lives in Venezuela with his wife and makes fishing lures and fishes all the time. Anyway, I would like to swap info. if possible. my email is tangerine411@comcast.net
