Sarah Ann Collyer and William Skinner married in Dec 1875 in Mile End. Is that correct? 17 years before my Granddad was born in Stepney.
I am waiting for my Grandfathers birth certificate. My best guess is that his father was Arthur G Skinner who was born in 1857. It is more likely that he could have been a brother of your William Skinner and not William P Skinners father.
Anyway if there is a possibility we are related I'll post a followup.
