I have tracked my grandfather to William P Skinner born in 1892 in Stepney UK. I am waiting for some info to determine his parents. He and wife Rachel had 10 Children while living in and around Stepney, Bethnal Green and area. I don't recognize any of the other names but there is a chance there is a connection.
