I can trace my genealogy from me (William F. Skinner) to Edwin Burritt Skinner (my father) to Roy R. Skinner & Leta Mary Burritt (his father & mother) to Henry Mead Skinner & Eleanor J. Stockwell (my father's grandparents) to Stephan Skinner & Lydia Mead (Stephen's 2nd wife; my father's great grandparents).

I can also trace Stephen Skinner from Rockford, IL to Orleans Co., NY, possibly Barre Centre. Have some unconfirmed reports that he was born in MA and had 3 wives -- Sophia Butler (1785-1833), Lydia Mead (1805-1841), Fanny Reid (1807-1897). Have no info on MA location or his parents. That's were my research is focussed now.

By the way, I have published annotated genealogies for Arndt (my mother's maiden name), Clewell (my mother's mother's maiden name) and Burritt (my father's mother's maiden name).
