Hi, I am new to genealogy and could use some help, I have hit a brick wall. I am looking for the parents of my gggrandparents George Skinner b. 1823 in New York-d. 1871 married Abigale B. Kingsbury born in St. Lawrence Co., New York, buried in Jasper County, Iowa. I am looking for siblings of George and Abigale as well. George and Abigale had at least 1 son, Herbert Kingsbury Skinner, b. 1849 in Stockholm, St. Lawrence Co., NY. He was an Iowa State Legislator and prominent farmer in the late 1800 in Iowa. He possibly had a brother who came to Iowa as well, Arthur Skinner.
Would appreciate any information or possible leads on where to look next. Thanks Marla
