William and Sarah Skinner, Stepney, London

I am trying to locate other branches of the Skinner family related to William and Sarah, both born in Stepney, London, possibly around 1850. My mother-in-law, now 93, is Lilian Skinner, daughter of Edward Anthony Skinner born 1889 in Walthamstow, Essex. Edward had a number of siblings that I am aware of [Sarah Ann, Jessie A., Daisy, Arthur, Rose A. Albert] but we have no information other than names relating to these siblings. Somewhere in the family is a Stella Waterman, I believe a cousin of Lilian's, who is pictured in Lilian's wedding party. I believe Stella may be daughter of Rose A Skinner. Lilian lost touch with the family in England and I would love to fill in the gaps. Can anyone help me locate the rest of the Skinner family please?
