Debbie --

For several years I've noticed a tombstone in a grassy area in front of the Heard County (Georgia) sheriff's office. One of the three tombstones has on it the name of James Leigh Skinner, July 29, 1879 to Jan 10, 1937.

While the information may not be useful, I'm curious about the stones. Apparently they were recovered with some other stolen material, but the sheriff's department hasn't been able to discover where the stones were stolen from. If you know where James Leigh Skinner is buried I might be able to get the stones returned to their original location.

You've gotta love a mystery!
