Hi. I was just working on this family on the weekend. Walter Edwin Skidmore, born 14 May 1906, River Hebert, Cumberland County, Nova Scotia, died 4 September 1996, New Glasgow, Pictou County, Nova Scotia. He married on 30 October 1926 to Lelia Vera Patton, born about 1907, Oxford, Cumberland County, Nova Scotia, died 10 June 1979, New Glasgow, Pictou County, Nova Scotia. They had six children.

Walter was the son of Clarence Eugene Skidmore, born 23 November 1883, New Canaan, Cumberland County, Nova Scotia, died 1946, Pictou County, Nova Scotia. Married on 25 May 1904, Shulee, Cumberland County, NS, to Lydia Ann Mills, born About 1885, Cumberland County, NS, died January 1969, Union Centre, Pictou County, NS. They had eleven children.

Clarence is the son of Noah Skidmore, (1860 - 1927) and Eva Jane Ripley (1867 - 1952.

Noah is the son of William Henry Skidmore (1832 - 1910) and Mariah MacAloney (1834 - 1915)

William Henry Skidmore is the son of William Skidmore (1803 - 1883) and Mary Ann Jeffers (1808 - 1886) This is my connection, I am research Jeffers of Parrsboro.
