Frank B. Skidmore in West Virginia

I am looking for my Fiance's father. He has not seen him since he was a child about 40 years ago. All I know is that he married a woman named Mary from PA, and they had two sons together, Frank B. Skidmore, II, and Scott A. Skidmore. I would assume he is around 60 years of age and was from West Virginia. If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it.
