George Skene, s/o Peter Skene and Jean Lakie/Leckie married Barbara and had 8 children in Fyvie, Aberdeenshire, Scotland and two near Fergus, Wellington County, Ontario. Their youngest, William Sanger Skene, married Annie Powrie, the daughter of Robert Powrie and Annie McPhail. Others married into the Vickers and Black families.
