I found a mention of Abel Skelton that married a Jemima Williams in The United Daughters of the Confederacy. It stated that their descendants have a yearly family reunion in Pickens Co. The info was submitted by Mary Belle Bonner.
I am trying to gather information on Jemima's parents Joseph Williams and Catherine Swafford. Joseph and Catherine are my 3rd grt-grandparents. Any help would be very appreciated.
