Hello Dean; the following is what I have. Leo In the Name of God Amen, I Daniel Skellenger of the twp of Chester and County of Morris of the State of New Jersey being of sound mind and Memory and understanding do make and publish this my Last Will & Testament in manner and form following that is to say First it is my will and I do order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease. Item: I give and bequeath unto my wife Phebe in her addition to her Right of Dower at common law. 1 cow, 1 large quilt, 1 looking glass and 6 chairs. Item: I give and devise unto my son Daniel P. Skellenger and to his heirs and assign forever 100 acres of land situate on the South East part of My Place where I now live adjoining lands of William Kelsey, John Burnet and Abraham Skinner. The line dividing off the said 100 acres to run West course from lands of Abraham Skinner. Item: I give and bequeath unto my 4 grandchildren Ruth, Lydia, Theodore and Mary Sophia children of my son Elisa 24 dollars each to be paid to them by my executors at the expiration of 1 year from my decease. Item: I hearby order and direct my executors to sell so much of the North Part of My Place adjoining Lands of John J. Cooper and others as will be sufficient to pay all my Debts to Legacies and Expense of Settling the same after the discharge of the personal property for that purpose the rest and residue of My Real Estate I give and devise to my executors herein after named in Trust for the support and maintenance of My Daughter Ruth wife of Constant V. King during her natural life and after her death I give and devise the same to her children or their representatives. Lastly I hereby constitute and appoint my son Daniel P. Skellenger and my friend Henry Seward executors of this My Last Will And Testament in witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this 12th day of January 1841. Wit: John Burnet, (Lunan?)
