Looking for any information about Hiram & Mary SKEENS. They had a daughter, Sarah, b.1830 in Russell Co. VA, who was married (1849 in Lawrence Co. KY) to Covey CARTER. Sarah was Covey's 1st wife, and they had 3 children, John, Mary, & James Y., (all born in Lawrence Co. KY), before she died in 1855 in Lawrence Co. KY.
