I am descended from a William Davis, kin to
Rachel Skeen(s), possibly daughter of a Judge Skeen who was shot dead in his courtroom in the vicinity of Lake Junaluska in western North Carolina, before the 1880's I believe. I would like to know more about this family. There is connection to Haywood County NC.
