Not only do I have family tree information, I have what your looking for, 2 male decendents of Robert Louis Skeen that actually hold the surname Skeen.
I am the sister of Roselynn Lee who has replied to your post before. I am the daughter of Edgar Smith, who is the son of Evelynn Skeen, who is the daughter of Paki Skeen, the one who was appointed to Chief Justice in Tonga in the early 1900's. It was not Robert Louis Skeen, because he never set foot in Tonga actually.

The two males i am referring to with the last name Skeen who are direct decendants of Robert Louis Skeen and reside in the SOuthern California. I do have contact info but must ask their permission to give it to you.
