I am trying to find info on my two cousins. Bill Skaggs raised in California. Should be in his 60's. His parents were Frank ( Bob) and Martha Skaggs. One brother Robbie who is deceased. Last heard he was in Arizona.
My cousin Henry Lee Skaggs, born in 1947. Served in the Vietnam War. Is from Springfield Illinois, but, has lived in Colorado, for many years. His parents are George, and Mary Skaggs. Has two brothers, George Jr. and Billy.
